the farm
Apart from enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful scenery on the farm, the cottages have a large patio to enjoy sundowners and barbeques while watching the breathtaking views and sunsets.
Bird watching is highly recommended. Some experts tell us that there are at least 200 species that can be spotted in this area of the Western Cape. Stargazing is also very popular in the clear, unpolluted skies.
For children, the cattle have proven to be a great attraction, especially during the winter months, when the new calves arrive. Feeding the ducks at the dam is also a great pastime. They are welcome to bring their bicycles along for safe cycling on the farm.
The snow coverd moaintains are a great tourist attraction in winter.
